SDNY COURTHOUSE, April 3 –
Denny Gonzalez sued The District at 225 Liberty Street for non-payment of minimum wage and overtime.
On April 1, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Judge Edgardo Ramos, held a hearing. Inner City Press has it covered.
Class action status is sought. The proceedings are in motion: Judge Ramos said: You will receive documents in two weeks. Then he collegially helped the lawyers go pro hac vice in Texas federal court.
The case is Gonzalez v. Hanover Ventures Marketplace LLC et al., 21-cv-1347 (Ramos)
