Denny Gonzalez sued The District at 225 Liberty Street for non-payment of minimum wage and overtime.

On April 1, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Judge Edgardo Ramos, held a hearing. Inner City Press has it covered.

Class action status is sought. The proceedings are in motion: Judge Ramos said: You will receive documents in two weeks. Then he collegially helped the lawyers go pro hac vice in Texas federal court.
