Bar Louie taps into the tropics with new limited-time offersDallas, Texas (Restaurant press release) Not planning a beach getaway this summer? No problem because Louis Bar offers customers the chance to enjoy all the familiar tropical flavors and scents of The Original Gastrobar™!

From July 6 through October 4, Bar Louie pulled out all the stops to bring the sand and surf feel to its locations nationwide with new tropical-themed items on its menu. Guests can enjoy a new burger, try a dessert with some pizzazz, or simply beat the heat with a cool, non-alcoholic drink with these deals:

  • Lu-au Burger – House-seasoned, Louie’s custom burger is made-to-order and topped with barbecued pulled pork, grilled pineapple ring, macadamia island slaw and garlic aioli, placed between two toasted King’s Hawaiian® buns and served with the accompaniment of the guest’s choice.
  • Tropical loaded donut holes – Louie’s donut holes are topped with lime cream, diced pineapple, toasted coconut, whipped cream, amarena cherry and dusted with powdered sugar.
  • island hopping – Part of Bar Louie’s Sober AF menu, made with orange, guava, passion fruit, sparkling water and lime.

“We are thrilled to add these fun and tasty new items to our menu,” said Kayla Dillon, Marketing Director of Bar Louie. “When you think of summer, you think of the beach, Hawaiian necklaces and beautiful tropical weather. Our culinary team has taken these ideals and created these delicious offerings so that our guests who were unable to travel to the tropics this season can at least taste it!

Those who want a little more wind in their sails as they enjoy the tropical ambience of Bar Louie can opt for the Aloha punch. The new summer-inspired cocktail that features refreshing flavors like Bacardí Tropical, Orange, Passion Fruit and Guava, all topped with a wedge of pineapple, amarena cherry and a sprig of mint. And, from July 6 through October 4, The Original Gastrobar™ will donate $1 from every Aloha punch sold in support of World Central Kitchen (WCK)!

WCK is a non-profit organization that provides fresh meals in response to crises while working to build resilient food systems with local solutions. It is dedicated to providing safe and nutritious food during natural disasters, man-made crises and humanitarian emergencies. WCK has served over 100 million meals worldwide to date.
