Rockbridge and HRI Properties have opened the new Hilton Garden Inn Austin University Capitol District, with a chic interior design concept led by Studio 11 Design.

This 214 key property, developed by HRI Properties and managed by HRI Lodging, is located in the heart of downtown Austin.

Designed for the modern traveler, this new Hilton Garden Inn offers an inviting lobby with outdoor working and lounge areas, a ground floor restaurant and bar, and a breakfast room and a meeting space on the second floor, a fitness center with yoga corner and a roof terrace and event space with city views. Located between the Texas Capital Corridor and the University of Texas, it is an ideal base for accessing the parks, restaurants, bars and music venues of downtown Austin.

Studio 11 Design draws its inspiration from the city

A sense of belonging has been instilled through the property. Interiors were designed by Dallas-based Studio 11 Design to capture the distinctive Austin vibe, using a fresh color palette, artful lighting, and locally sourced materials.

Earthy tones and rich brown leather distinguish the lobby, while textured wall coverings and artwork are present throughout the property, a nod to the city’s modern creative spirit and its roots. the city of cattle.

Each room pays homage to Austin’s music scene, including showcasing artwork made from vintage posters. Amenities in these rooms include mini-fridges, smart TVs, K-cup coffeemakers, microwaves, laptop safes, Hilton Beautyrest Harmony beds, and free Wi-Fi.

Meanwhile, guests and locals alike can dine at the Analog Bar and Restaurant, with an emphasis on the flavors of downtown Austin and its food trucks, complemented by cocktails and craft drinks from Texan distributors. and live music by local artists. Additional hotel dining options include Intro: Early Eatery, featuring an American buffet breakfast; and The Store, which features locally made products and take-out food options from Analog.

Guests and patrons also have access to the 17th floor roof terrace, Apex, offering impressive views, an outdoor seating area, and lawn games. This space is intended to host one-off pop-up activations and can be reserved for private events for up to 100 people.
