North Dallas-Park Cities Area Realtor Meetings Are Back and Sweeter with Candy

The global pandemic has made it difficult to network as a real estate agent. Each week, realtors from several areas in the North Texas area would attend MLS meetings for breakfast or coffee and then visit nearby listings. Meetings were also a social hub – a way to connect friendly faces with names and share information you won’t find anywhere else.

Fortunately, momentum is building to bring back regular meetings, especially in the popular North Dallas/Park Cities area.

Kevin Caskey, a longtime real estate agent and leader of the Dallas real estate community, is helping organize the welcome return of those meetings.

“ARM Meetings (Area Realtor Meetings), formerly known as MLS Meetings, are simply renamed for focusing more on realtor networking and educational benefits,” Caskey said. “After the pandemic, we had to regroup in terms of specific meeting locations and details. Attendees can expect great networking, fantastic speakers and, of course, great food from our host restaurant, José.

One of the fantastic speakers next week is none other than CandysDirt.com Founder and Publisher, Candy Evans.

“We are thrilled to have Candy speaking at our kick-off meeting at the new Jose location,” said Carol Stradtman, Regional Realtors Meeting Chair for the North Dallas/Park Cities Group and Vice President of Business Development. at the Monticello office of Independence Title. “I am personally honored to be able to participate as the first Affiliate to chair this meeting, and we look forward to record attendance and attendance!”
