Tailgate from your couch with La Traila Barbecue, Miami’s true Texas-style artisanal barbecue, founded by Miami native/Buffalo Bills Wide Receiver Isaiah McKenzie and Austin native and pitmaster Mel Rodriguez.
In addition to platters and half-pound meat, drool-worthy items include: Breast Cup with a base of macaroni and cheese then layered with baked beans and cream of corn, then topped with smoked bacon, cotija cheese, cream and house sauce; The BBQ Stack with sliced beef brisket, pulled pork, smoked sausage, topped with our house sauce, pickles and onions; a variety of burgers, fried chicken sandwichesand sides.
