Katy Residents will have some serious donut magic coming soon.
The cult-favorite Voodoo Donut, already established in Houston as a purveyor of gourmet donuts, is expanding with a new location at 1201 N. Fry Road in Katy, the company announced Wednesday.
Although an official opening date has yet to be announced, Katy’s location will be the fourth Voodoo store in the Houston area when it opens.

Voodoo Donut is opening another location in Houston.
Two Houston stores (Washington Corridor and Montrose) were joined by a new location in Cypress in May. The Katy store will be the Portland, Oregon-based brand’s 14th overall location.
“We are thrilled to enter the Katy market,” said Chris Schultz, CEO of Voodoo Donut. “Having Katy be part of the overall growth of the Voodoo brand and bringing additional employment opportunities to the community is what it’s all about.”
According to Voodoo, the opening of Katy will create 75 new jobs.
